Boylston Records Seven Property Transfers, Only One Discloses Sale Price
Boylston recorded seven property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one included a disclosed sale price: $275,000 for 40 Main St., sold by Oliveira Properties LLC to Real Estate Property Services LLC on Aug. 17. The other six transactions, on Smallwood Circle, Sewall Street, Birchwood Drive, Glazier Street, Edgebrook Drive and one unaddressed parcel, did not disclose a price. Five of the seven transfers involved a bank or mortgage-servicing entity as seller. With pricing data available for only one of seven sales, the records do not support a broader characterization of market conditions this period.
