Boylston Sees Eight Property Transfers in Late July, Most Without Disclosed Prices
Eight properties changed hands in Boylston between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but only one sale disclosed a price. That transaction, 203 Sewall St., sold for $295,000 on July 13, with Clinton Savings Bank listed as buyer. The other seven sales, spanning streets including Nicholas Avenue, Edgebrook Drive, Smallwood Circle, Green Street, Shrewsbury Street and Stiles Road, recorded no consideration amount. Santander Bank N.A. appeared as a seller on two of the deeds. With most prices undisclosed, the data does not support characterizing the period's market conditions beyond the raw count of eight recorded transfers.
