Only One Of 11 Boylston Property Sales Discloses Its Price
Boylston recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: the $275,000 commercial sale of 40 Main St. from Oliveira Properties LLC to Real Estate Property Services LLC on Aug. 17. That figure serves as both the period's price range and median, since no other transaction included consideration data. Six of the 11 deeds listed a bank, credit union or mortgage-registration entity as a seller, and three listed co-trustees as sellers. With prices largely undisclosed, the data shows steady deed-recording volume but offers no basis to characterize overall market tone.
