Boylston Records 12 Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Await Posting

Boylston recorded 12 property transfers at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one carried a sale price by report time: the Sept. 8 transfer of 6 Intervale Rd. for $18,002, well below typical home values. With prices for the other 11 transfers not yet available, no market-wide range or median could be calculated. Half of the period's deeds involved a bank, mortgage servicer, or loan-related entity as a party, a pattern consistent with mortgage assignments rather than owner-to-buyer sales. Sewall Street was the only street with more than one recorded transfer. Most remaining sale prices should post to the registry within about a week.
