Boylston recorded 10 property deeds between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only one, 6 Intervale Rd. at $18,002, carried a sale price by the time of this report; the rest are listed as price not yet available, which is typical given registry reporting lag. Green Street saw two recorded transfers, at 340 and 415 Green St., and one trust-related transfer tied to the same individual name appeared across two entries. Six of the 10 deeds named a bank, credit union or mortgage company as a party, suggesting some recordings may be lender-related rather than conventional sales. With pricing data this sparse, the dataset does not support a read on overall market tone this period.
